Dallas Concrete Price Updates

First publication of the Dallas price ranges, each checked against its sources that day:

• Standard broom-finish driveway: $7–$14 per square foot, local.
• Stamped driveway or patio: $10–$24 per square foot, local.
• Reinforced slab or slab foundation: $5.75–$11 per square foot, Texas.
• Plain patio: $5–$18 per square foot, national.

How the ranges are built is explained in how we price; the current figures are in the Dallas concrete cost guide.

Three sets of ranges went up with the new tear-out and asphalt pages, each from a source checked that day. No September figure moved.

• Tear-out with a new pour, by job: patio slab $1,200–$5,500, garage floor $3,000–$6,600 and driveway $3,600–$9,800, at $6–$14 per square foot in a Dallas cost model.
• Ready-mix concrete in Dallas: $119–$141 per cubic yard, with surcharges of $15–$25 a yard on short loads under 8 yards.
• Asphalt paving: $3–$6 per square foot basic, $6–$10 mid-range and $10–$15 premium, labelled by the company that published them as statewide Texas figures and not a Dallas market study.

The asphalt rows are the first non-concrete prices on this site, and they are shown as Texas and national ranges because no Dallas–Fort Worth asphalt contractor we checked publishes a local price. The new rows sit on tear out and replace and asphalt against concrete.
